National Lodging & Leisure utilizes private equity to raise capital in order to acquire and operate franchised hotels.

Through our extensive network of industry contacts and brokers, we bring you investment opportunities in premium-branded hotels that have historically only been available to institutional investors and large hotel operators. Our approach allows private investors the opportunity to invest side-by-side with other high net worth individuals.

Private Investors

Because of the compressed time period now used to market hotel properties, we are raising capital in a “pre-acquisition pool” format.

 

Investor funds will be deposited directly in escrow at our law firm’s trust account and only released once we have received your approval to proceed.
